About the Company:

This is a part-time staffing role for one of our internal companies, a leading e-commerce consulting and management firm specializing in helping brands scale their operations. They provide expertise in supply chain management, financial analysis, and marketing strategy to optimize and grow online businesses. With a strong focus on Amazon and direct-to-consumer sales, they help brands streamline operations, improve profitability, and achieve long-term success in the digital marketplace.

Location: Open to candidates based in India, Pakistan, and the Philippines (Part-time, Fully Remote)

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings in Walmart Seller Center
  • Upload SKUs via platform templates, bulk upload tools, and flat files
  • Set up product details, variations, and rich content to boost conversions
  • Track and update inventory, pricing, and promotions
  • Monitor for compliance issues, flags, or takedowns — and resolve fast
  • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning and shipment tracking
  • Pull marketplace reports to spot growth opportunities and improve visibility

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Walmart Marketplace
  • Strong knowledge of Walmart Seller Center tools and workflows
  • Comfortable with bulk upload templates, feed files, and CSV tools
  • Familiarity with WFS or similar fulfillment models
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for spotting listing improvements
