Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the analysis of business processes to identify automation opportunities.

Support the development and implementation of RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Make etc.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

Conduct testing and troubleshooting of RPA workflows to ensure functionality and performance.

Document processes, procedures, and RPA solutions for future reference and compliance.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your RPA skills and knowledge.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in RPA technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1-2 Years of experience on relevant tools & technologies.

Must have knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, VB).

Understanding of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere etc) is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
