Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Officer located in Lahore. The Information Technology Officer will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting IT systems, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of network and system administration tasks. The role also involves the maintenance and enhancement of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Information Technology and Technical Support
- Experience in Network Administration and System Administration
- Strong Troubleshooting skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus
