Role Description

This is a full-time Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Engineer role based on-site in Lahore. The GIS Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing GIS datasets, applications, and databases. The responsibilities include creating and interpreting maps, integrating GIS solutions into ongoing projects, performing spatial analysis, and supporting teams with GIS-related insights. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement location-driven decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and GIS Applications
  • Proficiency in Maps creation and interpretation
  • Strong Analytical Skills for spatial data management and analysis
  • Familiarity with Databases associated with GIS systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geoinformatics, or a related field
  • Experience in programming or scripting for GIS tools (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus
