Job Title: Lab Incharge

Location: Near Kala Shah Kaku Toll Tax, Lahore.

Industry: Plastic Manufacturing (PET Bottles & Preforms)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lab Incharge to lead and manage our quality control laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in plastic industry processes, particularly PET bottles and preforms, with the ability to ensure product quality standards and support production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage all lab testing activities related to raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.

· Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with company and industry specifications.

· Monitor and evaluate test results, identify issues, and coordinate corrective actions with production and quality teams.

· Prepare detailed testing reports and maintain proper documentation.

· Train and guide lab staff to ensure accuracy and consistency in results.

· Work closely with the production team to resolve quality or process related issues.

Requirements:

· Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field.

· Experience: years in the plastic PET Bottles & Preform manufacturing industry

· Preferred Experience: PET bottles and preform production/testing.

· Age: 30–40 years.

· Language: Fluent in English communication, reading, and writing.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to understand and resolve technical and quality related issues effectively.

· Excellent leadership and coordination abilities.

· Excellent command of MS Excel and record-keeping systems.

· Capable of handling technical discussions and documentation confidently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs75,000.00 per month
