The Role

As our Social Media Manager, you will be the voice, ears, and creative force behind our brand across all social media channels. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like [e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube].
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set clear goals for growth, engagement, and conversion.
  • Conduct audience research and stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
  • Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of content.

Content Creation & Community Management:

  • Create, curate, and publish engaging, original content (including graphics, video, and written copy) that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement: respond to comments and messages, foster conversations, and build strong relationships with followers and influencers.
  • Proactively monitor social channels for brand mentions and industry trends.

Advertising & Analytics:

  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific objectives like lead generation, website traffic, and sales.
  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all social media activities using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and native platform insights.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

Collaboration & Brand Advocacy:

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach.
  • Uphold and evolve our brand's visual identity and tone of voice across all social touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
  • A portfolio of successful social media campaigns and a strong track record of growing an engaged community.
  • Excellent knowledge of all major social media platforms, including their best practices and advertising tools.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills with an impeccable eye for detail.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Experience with social media management and listening tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, Brandwatch).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with photography or videography.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
