You'll work on
motion planning, SLAM, object tracking, point tracking, and state estimation
, leveraging your expertise in
C++

ROS/ROS2
to drive breakthrough innovations in
autonomous robotics

What You'll Do


• Develop and maintain advanced robotics software using
C++
and
Python
with strong
OOP principles
.


• Design and optimize algorithms for
robot localization
,
mapping
, and
state estimation
.


• Implement and fine-tune
SLAM algorithms
for
real-time localization
.


• Integrate
AMCL (Adaptive Monte Carlo Localization)
and other localization methods to enhance
navigation accuracy
.


• Implement
point tracking
and
object tracking
using
PCL
and
ICP
for robust perception and mapping.


• Design and deploy
path planning
,
coverage path planning
, and
motion planning
algorithms for
mobile robots
.


• Build, simulate, and validate robotic applications in
ROS2
and
Gazebo
.


• Integrate systems using
Dbus
and
Unification Server
for efficient
inter-process communication
.


• Apply
machine learning
and
vision-based techniques
to enhance
robotic perception
and
AI capabilities
.


• Optimize software for
real-time performance
,
scalability
, and
hardware compatibility
.


• Collaborate closely with
hardware
and
research teams
to deliver
end-to-end autonomous systems
.


• Perform
testing
,
debugging
, and
performance tuning
of robotics applications in
Linux
using
Git/Gerrit
.


• Stay current with emerging technologies in
robotics
,
SLAM
, and
computer vision
, contributing to ongoing innovation.


What You Bring


•
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D.
in
Robotics, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics
, or related field.


•
5+ years
of experience in
robotics software development
or
applied research
.


• Strong programming expertise in
C++
and
Python
, with
cross-compilation
and
OOP
experience.


• Proven experience with
ROS/ROS2
,
PCL
, and
exteroceptive sensor-based control
.


• Deep understanding of
SLAM
,
AMCL
,
motion planning
, and
state estimation
.


• Hands-on experience with
point cloud processing
,
ICP
, and
real-time mapping
.


• Proficiency in
Gazebo
or similar
simulation tools
.


• Familiarity with
Dbus
,
Unification Server
, or equivalent
IPC frameworks
.


• Excellent
debugging
,
problem-solving
, and
optimization
skills.


• Ability to work
independently
and
collaboratively
in a
research-driven environment
.
