About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules according to business requirements. You'll collaborate with our functional team to implement solutions that improve workflow efficiency, enhance system functionality, and support ongoing business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy new Odoo modules and features.

Customize existing Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, Website, etc.) to meet specific business needs.

Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.

Maintain and optimize existing Odoo systems to ensure smooth operation and performance.

Work closely with functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Create technical documentation for developed modules and workflows.

Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of Odoo updates and custom features.

Provide support and training to end-users when necessary.

Keep up to date with Odoo's latest features, releases, and best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of experience working with Odoo (preferably Odoo 13+).

Strong proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Experience with PostgreSQL database management.

Familiarity with Odoo Framework (ORM, API, QWeb, and controllers).

Understanding of business workflows and ERP concepts.

Experience with , Git, and Linux environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.


Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)

Experience developing or customizing Odoo eCommerce, Website Builder, or POS modules.

Knowledge of Docker, AWS, or other deployment tools.

Prior experience in Odoo migration or upgrading from older versions.

Contribution to Odoo Community projects or modules.
