Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainee Engineer (HVAC Coating Sales) based in Lahore. The role involves promoting high-quality HVAC coating solutions, building relationships with clients, and providing technical advice tailored to meet customer requirements.The selected candidate will conduct market research, assist in developing sales strategies, and support project management tasks. As part of the role, the candidate will gain in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and deliver effective corrosion protection solutions under the supervision of experienced engineers and mentors.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Climate Coat's HVAC anti-corrosion coatings to consultants, contractors, facility managers, and end users.
- Assist the sales team in lead generation, client follow-ups, and basic quotation preparation.
- Visit customer sites for HVAC unit inspections (AHUs, VRFs, Condensers, Chillers) under supervision.
- Learn and understand the technical aspects of Aqua Aero water-based anti-corrosion coatings.
- Participate in on-site coating application processes for hands-on learning.
- Prepare reports including site photos, inspection notes, and application documentation.
- Coordinate with the operations team to schedule coating jobs and ensure smooth execution.
- Provide after-sales support, including follow-up checks and performance feedback reports.
- Assist in market surveys, competitor analysis, and identification of new business opportunities.
- Attend training sessions to enhance technical and sales skills in HVAC corrosion protection.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate in Mechanical, Materials, or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Strong communication skills with a willingness for customer interactions.
- Interest in HVAC systems, coatings, corrosion protection, and field-based work.
- Ability to travel to job sites within the assigned city.
- Must be having own conveyance.
- Must be based in Lahore,Punjab, Pakistan
- Energetic, eager to learn, and adaptable to both technical and sales environments.
