Overview

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Client Acquisition Specialists who excel at hunting leads and generating sales through social media platforms. The ideal candidates will have proven experience engaging VTubers, content creators, gamers, and online communities on platforms such as Discord, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and others.

Your primary role will be to identify, engage, pitch, and close clients interested in 2D/3D character models, VTuber models, rigging, graphic design, acrylic action figures, and other digital art services.

This is a performance-driven role offering strong earning potential, structured salary, and high-value incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively hunt and engage potential clients on Discord, X, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, and niche creator communities.
  • Build relationships with VTubers, streamers, digital creators, and buyers of customized 2D/3D models.
  • Promote and sell our services including:
  • 2D Model Art
  • 3D Character Models
  • VTuber Models & Rigging
  • Risen Art
  • Graphic Design
  • Custom Action Figures and Merchandise
  • Convert leads into paying clients through professional communication and consistent follow-ups.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and meet monthly revenue targets.
  • Provide daily reporting on outreach, leads, and conversions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in lead generation, client hunting, or sales on digital/social platforms.
  • Strong understanding of online creator culture (VTubers, streamers, artists, etc.).
  • Ability to professionally communicate, pitch, and close high-ticket sales.
  • Familiarity with content creator communities, Discord lead acquisition, and social engagement strategies.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently during night shifts.

Compensation Structure

Basic Salary (Night Shift):

  • 80,000 PKR per month for a $2,000 sales target
  • 100,000 PKR per month for a $2,500 sales target

Commission:

  • Upon achieving the assigned target, you will earn 20% commission on all additional sales, with no cap.
