We work with the world's largest Semiconductor Foundries (TSMC, SMIC, Global Foundries etc.) as well as Independent Device Manufacturers such as Intel, Microsoft, Monolithic Power Systems to name just a few.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the automation roadmap integrated with CI/CD and DevSecOps workflows.
  • Design scalable, reusable test frameworks (UI, API, performance, data) using Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Rest Assured.
  • Establish automation governance and ensure QA policy compliance.
  • Evaluate and onboard new tools; integrate with Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
  • Define and track KPIs (coverage, defect leakage, execution time, ROI) through real-time dashboards.
  • Lead and mentor automation teams across regions.
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams for quality delivery.
  • Conduct tool evaluations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure traceability across test artifacts.

Technical Skills:

  • Must have 2+ years' experience in Automation and not more than 4 years as a whole.
  • Languages: Java, Python, JavaScript
  • Tools/Frameworks: Selenium, Playwright, Appium, JMeter, Postman, SoapUI, Jenkins, BDD (Cucumber), TestNG, JUnit
  • Databases: SQL, Oracle, MongoDB
  • Other: CI/CD, DevSecOps, test data management, dashboard creation
