Full Job Description
Location : Korangi Industrial Area- Vita Chowrangi
Team Leadership & Supervision Lead, train, and mentor savory kitchen staff—assign shifts, oversee task execution, conduct reviews, and uphold discipline and motivation
* Operational Management Oversee daily savory production: prep elements, assemble wraps, sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, sauces, toppings, etc. Ensure seamless execution across all stations .
* Quality, Consistency & Presentation Monitor every product to ensure perfect balance of spice, saltiness, texture, taste, freshness, presentation, portion control, timing, and hygiene—ensuring customer satisfaction every time
* Menu Innovation & Recipe Refinement Upgrade existing savory offerings into gourmet-style items. Develop new recipes, fine‑tune seasoning, iterate on presentation and flavor combinations
* Inventory, Cost & Supplier Management Maintain stock levels, manage food cost, minimize waste. Order ingredients proactively, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize kitchen efficiency
* Health, Safety & SOP Compliance Implement all hygiene standards, food‐safety practices (e.g., HACCP), and SOPs. Keep kitchen clean, compliant, and safe at all times
* Quality Control & Taste Authority Conduct final taste‑checks and approvals before items leave the kitchen.
* Cross-Department Collaboration Partner with marketing, R&D, and operations to plan new product launches, seasonal menus, and promotional campaigns.
* Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor KPIs such as production volumes, waste, consistency, and cost variances; deliver actionable insights to the leadership team
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Head Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Kitchen Manager, or similar in fast-paced kitchens with a strong savory focus (sandwiches, wraps, pizzas etc.)
* Expertise in flavor profiling—balancing spices, salt, texture, temperature, and visual appeal.
* Stellar leadership with capability to manage, motivate, and build a disciplined, high-performing team.
* Sharp analytical skills for food costing, inventory forecasting, and vendor negotiation.
* Deep knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance procedures.
* Creative flair and passion for innovation—comfortable elevating existing items and designing new savory creations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable collaborating across departments.
* High-energy, hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives under pressure.
