Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer proficient in Laravel (PHP) and Flutter to join our technical team.

The developer will be responsible for building and maintaining web and mobile applications, developing secure APIs, and ensuring high performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using 
    Laravel (PHP Framework)
    .
  • Design responsive frontend interfaces using 
    Blade templates, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap
    .
  • Develop 
    cross-platform mobile applications
     (Android & iOS) using 
    Flutter
    .
  • Create and integrate 
    RESTful APIs
     for seamless communication between web and mobile platforms.
  • Work with 
    MySQL databases
     for data storage, management, and optimization.
  • Ensure 
    code security, documentation, and version control
     (Git).
  • Collaborate with the design and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and user experience.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues.

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Backend:
     Laravel, PHP, MySQL/MariaDB
  • Frontend:
     Blade, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap
  • Mobile:
     Flutter (Dart)
  • Tools:
     Git, Postman, cPanel, VS Code
  • APIs:
     RESTful, JSON
  • Security:
     Authentication (JWT), validation, and encryption best practices

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Firebase (Notifications, Analytics)
  • SaaS-based architecture experience
  • API Integration (SMS, Payment, AI Tools)
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design workflows (Figma / Adobe XD)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Laravel and Flutter development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and deadlines

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: 
    PKR 50,000/month
     (based on experience & skillset)
