Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Engineer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our fast-paced, innovation-driven engineering team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable machine learning solutions, building intelligent data pipelines, and integrating AI-driven insights into production systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams — including data engineers, product managers, and software developers — to transform raw data into actionable intelligence and production-ready ML models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end machine learning and deep learning models for predictive analytics, NLP, and computer vision use cases.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and ETL workflows for efficient model training and inference.
• Develop and maintain AI/ML microservices using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) and integrate them into enterprise systems.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and statistical modeling to extract business insights.
• Research, experiment with, and apply cutting-edge AI techniques (transformers, LLMs, reinforcement learning, etc.).
• Deploy, monitor, and scale ML models in production environments using MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, governance, and real-time accessibility.
• Use version control, CI/CD, and containerization tools (Git, Docker, Kubernetes) to streamline model deployment.
• Continuously evaluate model performance and retrain pipelines to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Present data-driven insights and AI strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science, AI, and machine learning engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformers), and NLP techniques.
• Experience with data manipulation tools: Pandas, NumPy, Dask, Spark, or Hadoop.
• Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis).
• Proven experience in deploying ML models to production using APIs or containerized solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud and DevOps tools: AWS (S3, SageMaker, Lambda, EC2), Azure ML, or GCP AI Platform.
• Strong background in data visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, or Tableau).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience building AI-driven systems in healthcare, fintech, or SaaS environments.
• Exposure to big data streaming (Kafka, Flink) and real-time ML inference.
• Understanding of MLOps practices — model versioning, monitoring, and retraining pipelines.

• Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering.
