Role Description

This is a
full-time on-site role based in Karachi, Pakistan
, for a
UAE-based accounting and consulting firm
. The role involves
audit assistance, taxation, and accounting support
for UAE clients. The candidate will work closely with senior accountants to prepare financial reports, assist in audits, support tax computations, and ensure documentation accuracy. Some
administrative and sales coordination tasks
will also be part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in
    audit and assurance assignments
    for UAE-based clients.
  • Support
    tax computations and filings
    (VAT and Corporate Tax).
  • Prepare and maintain accounting records, reconciliations, and working papers.
  • Use
    MS Excel
    and accounting tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Prepare and manage internal company accounts.
  • Coordinate with UAE teams and clients to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Provide administrative and general office support where required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • ACCA-qualified
    (mandatory) with strong accounting and finance foundation.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience
    in accounting, audit, or tax.
  • Strong
    Excel proficiency
    is essential.
  • Basic understanding of
    UAE taxation
    (VAT / Corporate Tax) preferred.
  • Good
    financial acumen
    and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent
    conversational and written English
    skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
