Role SummaryOwn the end-to-end implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization ofOddo POS/ERPandShopifyfor a fashion apparel brand. Lead data governance, reporting, and cross-system workflows (stores, warehouse, eCommerce, finance and Production). Act as the bridge between business teams, vendors, and technology.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Implementation & OwnershipLead deployment and configuration of Oddo POS/ERP across retail stores and warehouse (masters, barcodes, pricing, promotions, user roles, hardware setup).Set up, theme, and configure Shopify storefront(s), checkout, payments, shipping, and apps.Define and enforce master data standards (SKU codes, size/color variants, season/collection attributes).Systems IntegrationIntegrate Oddo Shopify for inventory sync, orders, returns, price & promo updates.Connect with finance tools, 3PL/courier aggregators (e.g., Trax, Leopards, TCS), payment gateways, and marketing tools (Meta, Google).Build lightweight middleware/automation (APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make, custom scripts) with error handling and logs.Data, Reporting & AnalyticsOwn data accuracy and reconciliation (POS vs eCommerce vs WMS vs Finance).Develop executive and operational dashboards: sales, margin, sell-through, stock turns, RTVs, aging, OOS, order SLAs.Establish a data dictionary and schedule for ETL/exports; run audits for duplicates, mismatched variants, and bad barcodes.Operations & SupportDesign SOPs for store operations, picking/packing, RTVs, inter-store transfers, cycle counts, and stock takes.Provide L1/L2 support, triage incidents, and manage vendor tickets to closure.Plan capacity for peak events (Eid, 11.11, 12.12, season launches), including load testing and rollback plans.Security, Compliance & ControlsImplement role-based access, approval workflows, and activity logs across systems.Ensure compliance with local tax invoicing and reporting requirements (FBR/PRA) and maintain audit trails.Oversee backups, DR, and data retention policies.Training & Change ManagementCreate user manuals, SOPs, and conduct trainings for store, warehouse, CS, and finance teams.Champion adoption; collect feedback and drive continuous improvement.Project & Vendor ManagementBuild and track project plans, budgets, and timelines: report status and risks.Evaluate, negotiate, and manage software/vendors (Oddo partner, Shopify apps, couriers, gateways).Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's in Computer Science/IT/Engineering, MIS, or related field (Master's preferred).5–8 years of MIS/IT in retail/FMCG/eCommerce; 2+ years hands-on with POS/ERP + Shopify (or similar).Proven track record rolling out multi-store POS/ERP and integrating with eCommerce, WMS, and finance.Strong SQL/Excel skills; comfort with APIs/webhooks, JSON, and basic scripting (Python/JS) is a plus.Familiarity with barcode standards, inventory control, and retail accounting flows.Experience with Pakistan-based logistics and payment ecosystems is an advantage.Key SkillsRetail data modeling (SKU/variant, size curves, collections, pricing & promos)Integration design & troubleshooting (API logs, queue management)Dashboarding (Power BI/Looker Studio/Tableau) & advanced ExcelDocumentation, SOP design, and stakeholder communicationVendor & project management, risk managementKPIs / Success MetricsStock Accuracy: ≥ 98% (store & warehouse)Order SLA Compliance: ≥ 95% (same/next-day dispatch targets)Inventory Sync Errors: < 0.5% of SKUs per weekSystem Uptime: ≥ 99.5% during trading hours/launchesIssue Resolution: 90% of tickets resolved within agreed SLAsData Quality: < 1% price/promo discrepancies at POS/eComAdoption: 100% trained users; SOP compliance > 95%Tools & Stack (Preferred Exposure)Oddo POS/ERP , Shopify (+ key apps: inventory, OMS, returns, reviews, CRM)WMS (any), QuickBooks/Odoo , courier aggregators (Trax/Leopards/TCS)Power BI/Looker Studio , Advanced Excel , SQLZapier/Make , basic Python/JavaScript , Postman for API testingJira/Trello/Asana,Confluence/Notionfor docs
