Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead located in Karachi. The Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead will be responsible for leading the software development team, overseeing project execution, ensuring code quality, and managing technical resources. The role includes daily tasks such as designing and implementing software solutions, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. The position requires a keen focus on maintaining and improving system performance.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in software development, code reviews, and debugging
  • Experience with system architecture, design patterns, and software development methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as ASP.Net, ASP.Net Core and C#
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the retail or apparel industry is a plus
