About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Incharge to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of proven experience in the industrial sector, with strong technical knowledge and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems for industrial machinery and infrastructure.
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
  • Prepare detailed reports, technical documentation, and project updates.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Electrical
  • 8+ years of industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and industrial automation systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, PLC systems, and electrical simulation tools.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in power distribution, control systems, and panel designing.
  • Familiarity with international engineering standards.
  • Project management capabilities.
