About Us:

IBooX is Pakistan's Premier International Book Exhibition, bringing together a dynamic mix of publishers, authors, readers, and literary enthusiasts from around the globe. We are offering a
paid internship
for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in event management, communications, and outreach. This project-based role is perfect for students or fresh graduates eager to learn while contributing to a major upcoming event.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in
    managing participant & exhibitor records
    .
  • Assist with
    telephonic and online outreach
    to institutions, brands, and partners.
  • Help coordinate day-to-day communication with exhibitors and stakeholders.
  • Shadow team members during meetings and coordination tasks.
  • Assist Communications Coordinator and Manager with tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Based in Islamabad.
  • Excellent communication skills including phone calls, text messages, and emails (English & Urdu)
  • At least 1 year of customer service or similar experience
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite (Excel, Word, etc)
