Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, emails, and providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Respond to WhatsApp chats and emails in a timely and courteous manner
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, complaints, and support requests
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support or call center is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu And English
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools
  • Ability to handle pressure and resolve customer concerns effectively
  • A customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills
