Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain high standards of laboratory hygiene and safety as per PHC Protocols.
• Participate in internal and external quality assurance programs.
• Record and report findings clearly and precisely.
• Support continuous improvement and uphold ethical laboratory practices.

Requirements:

• BS/MS or MPhil in Medical Lab Technology (MLT).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a diagnostic laboratory is preferred.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
