Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Odoo Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Odoo ERP development and customization with the ability to design, implement, and maintain business applications. Preference will be given to candidates with an Odoo Developer Certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo ERP modules based on business requirements.
• Configure, maintain, and upgrade Odoo applications and databases.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and services.
• Analyze user needs and provide appropriate ERP solutions.
• Develop reports, workflows, and dashboards within Odoo.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and system performance.
• Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT.
• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in Odoo ERP Development.
• Certification: Odoo Certified Developer (preferred).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework.
• Knowledge of Odoo architecture, ORM, and QWeb reports.
• Familiarity with Linux, Git, and API integrations.
• Front-end knowledge (JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
