Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Karachi. The Sales Coordinator will manage day-to-day sales operations, coordinate customer service activities, and support sales teams. Responsibilities include handling sales inquiries, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring seamless communication between various departments. Additionally, the Sales Coordinator will assist in developing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and basic knowledge of sales strategies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing
