We are hiring a Graphics Designer & AI Image Generation Specialist with 3+ years of experience in creating high-impact visual assets across industries including medical aesthetics, real estate, fashion, e-commerce, and FMCG. The ideal candidate is a hybrid creative—skilled in traditional design and fluent in AI-powered image generation, with deep expertise in platforms like Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Leonardo AI, Gemini Image Generator, and GPT-based image generation tools.

If you can craft visuals that stop the scroll, write expert-level prompts in JSON and XML, and adapt assets for multi-platform campaigns—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design branded assets for digital campaigns:
  • Social media posts, banners, ads, thumbnails
  • Before-and-after treatment visuals, split-face comparisons
  • Product showcases, lifestyle imagery, and promotional graphics
  • Generate high-quality images using AI tools including:
  • Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Leonardo AI
  • Gemini Image Generator, GPT-based image generation models
  • Write expert-level prompts in JSON and XML formats to achieve specific visual styles, compositions, and brand aesthetics
  • Adapt designs for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, websites, email)
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals
  • Maintain consistency across brand visuals, typography, and layout systems
  • Stay updated on design trends, AI model capabilities, and platform updates

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design or visual content creation
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar tools
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design versatility and storytelling
  • Hands-on experience with AI image generation platforms including:
  • Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Leonardo AI
  • Gemini Image Generator, GPT-based image generation
  • Ability to write structured, high-precision prompts in JSON and XML
  • Understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and brand adaptation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks under tight deadlines

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in medical aesthetics, fashion, real estate, or e-commerce campaigns
  • Familiarity with image upscaling, inpainting, and AI-based editing workflows
  • Knowledge of animated graphics, cinemagraphs, or motion design
  • Ability to collaborate with video editors and paid media teams for integrated campaigns

Salary Range:

  • PKR 15,000 to 20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
