Summary:

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for entering data into computer systems from a variety of sources, including paper documents, spreadsheets, images, websites and other online sources. The Clerk will also be responsible for verifying the accuracy of data entry, creating reports, and maintaining data security.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into computer systems from a variety of sources, including paper documents, spreadsheets, images, websites and other online sources.
  • Verify the accuracy of data entry.
  • Create reports and presentations.
  • Maintain data security.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Required
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry.
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
