Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Content Writer (3–5 years) with strong expertise in SEO, blog writing, and AI-assisted content creation. The ideal candidate will produce insightful, engaging, and search-optimized content that drives Lumida's digital presence, boosts organic visibility, and supports our thought leadership in finance, innovation, and digital assets.

You'll use tools like Surfer SEO, SEMrush, ChatGPT, and Jasper to craft data-driven, high-performing content — while ensuring all work meets the highest editorial and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

• Write, edit, and optimize blogs, website copy, newsletters, and landing pages aligned with Lumida's tone, brand voice, and business strategy.

SEO Optimization:

• Use Surfer SEO, SEMrush, and other tools to perform keyword research, analyze competitors, and improve on-page SEO (meta data, internal links, content structure, readability).

AI-Enhanced Writing:

• Leverage ChatGPT and Jasper for ideation, outlines, and draft generation — ensuring final output is polished, original, and human-centered.

Editorial Management:

• Maintain an organized content calendar and ensure timely publication across web and social platforms.

Research & Thought Leadership:

• Create authoritative content around topics such as wealth management, alternative assets, macro trends, and digital innovation.

Performance Tracking:

• Monitor analytics and SEO performance, measuring traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversions to guide ongoing optimization.

Collaboration:

• Partner with marketing, design, and investment teams to produce content aligned with campaigns and regulatory guidelines.

Quality & Compliance:

• Maintain factual accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to financial industry standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years of proven experience in content writing, SEO writing, or blog creation.
• Demonstrated success in producing SEO-driven content — candidates must provide results such as traffic growth, keyword ranking improvements, or measurable engagement metrics.
• Proficiency with Surfer SEO, SEMrush, ChatGPT, and Jasper for keyword optimization, topic ideation, and content enhancement.
• Familiarity with other SEO and analytics tools (Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial or technical topics.
• Experience with Webflow, WordPress, or other CMS platforms; basic HTML skills preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services, fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments.
• Understanding of content marketing funnels and SEO strategy within a B2B context.
• Experience integrating AI tools responsibly into content workflows.
• Familiarity with social media, newsletters, and content amplification tactics.
• Ability to create or repurpose multimedia content (infographics, short-form video, podcasts).
