Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition:

2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

3. Source, screen, and identify top-notch candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
4. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for long-term success.

5. Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers and facilitating onboarding activities.

6. HR Management and Compliance:

7. Serve as a reliable point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.

8. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and time-off tracking.

10. Oversee employee performance management processes, providing coaching and support to managers as needed.

11. Employee Engagement and Retention:

12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through various employee engagement initiatives.

13. Conduct exit interviews to identify patterns and areas of improvement in retention efforts.

14. Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and implement retention strategies.

15. HR Administration and Reporting:

16. Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as generating employment contracts and processing employee changes.

17. Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management, providing insights into key HR metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or HR Generalist, preferably within the tech industry.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience working as a technical recruiter and/or HR generalist.
• Strong understanding of technical job requirements and the ability to evaluate candidates' technical skills effectively.
• Familiarity with day to day HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate with candidates and employees at all levels.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
