Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, and identify top-notch candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for long-term success.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers and facilitating onboarding activities.
HR Management and Compliance:
Serve as a reliable point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and time-off tracking.
Oversee employee performance management processes, providing coaching and support to managers as needed.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through various employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify patterns and areas of improvement in retention efforts.
Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and implement retention strategies.
HR Administration and Reporting:
Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as generating employment contracts and processing employee changes.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management, providing insights into key HR metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or HR Generalist, preferably within the tech industry.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience working as a technical recruiter and/or HR generalist.
- Strong understanding of technical job requirements and the ability to evaluate candidates' technical skills effectively.
- Familiarity with day to day HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate with candidates and employees at all levels.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
