Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Specialist located in Zurich. The Support Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks such as providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, managing service tickets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Support Specialist will work closely with the technical team to resolve complex issues, document support activities, and engage with customers to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with managing service tickets and customer support systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages, particularly German, are a plus
  • Previous experience in a support role is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
