We are looking for a experienced Senior Sales Consultant with a strong background in the real estate market, specifically in off-plan property sales. The ideal candidate must have an in-depth understanding of the Karachi real estate market, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to build lasting client relationships. This role requires a professional who can actively generate and convert leads, align visits, and consistently close deals to meet monthly sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively promote and sell off-plan projects.
  • Generate and convert leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and fresh inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Schedule and conduct daily and weekly property visits with potential clients.
  • Provide clients with accurate information on property features, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong network within the real estate community and leverage PR for lead generation.
  • Negotiate and close property deals while achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management on a weekly or monthly basis.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, specifically handling off-plan projects.
  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of the Karachi real estate market, including current trends, key developments, and competitors, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to identify opportunities, advise clients, and outperform competition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build client trust and long-term relationships.
  • Strong cold calling skills with a track record of lead conversion.
  • Ability to organize, plan, and conduct regular client visits.
  • Strong networking and PR.
  • Deal closing experience with consistent achievement of monthly sales targets.

Location: The Seven Towers, near Lucky One Mall, FB Area, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs80,000.00 per month
