We're looking for a Visual Communication Designer who can turn ideas into crisp, memorable visuals across illustration and animation. . You'll take loose concepts and refine them into strong creative directions, ensuring the idea is clear, the message is sharp, and the execution is thoughtful and aesthetically strong. This is a hands-on role: your primary focus will be creating and delivering high-quality visual outputs, not managing a team.

Responsibilities

  • Concept development: explore, iterate, and refine ideas into compelling creative directions aligned with the brief and audience insight.
  • Create original illustrations and animations (both frame-by-frame and motion graphics) for campaigns, products, and brand assets.
  • Collaborate closely with writers, strategists, developers, and producers to ship cohesive, high-quality work.
  • Contribute to brainstorming, rapid prototyping, and creative reviews with clear rationale for design decisions.
  • Design across formats: social media, web, product screens, print, presentations, and short-form motion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of professional experience (exceptional portfolios may offset fewer years).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing illustration, motion/animation, and polished visual communication.
  • Solid understanding of visual storytelling, character design, timing/easing, and animation principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a sharp design eye.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present creative rationale clearly.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design (or strong willingness to learn).
