About the Role:

We're looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to assist with the day-to-day running of ShehNoor. This is a hands-on role that combines creativity with organization — you'll be managing client communication, social media, and our Shopify website, while helping streamline workflows behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage 
    Instagram DMs
    , comments, and customer interactions in ShehNoor's brand tone.
  • Handle 
    client complaints and after-sales support
    ; coordinate with production or logistics to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Assist in 
    planning and posting content
     (posts, reels, and stories) on Instagram.
  • Upload and update 
    products, descriptions, images, and collections
     on Shopify.
  • Draft and send 
    email replies
     and manage the brand inbox.
  • Use 
    Canva
     for designing story templates, product announcements, and other visuals.
  • Use 
    Lightroom
     for basic photo editing, cropping, and color correction.
  • Coordinate with vendors, couriers, or collaborators when needed.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with 
    Shopify
     and 
    Meta Business Suite
    .
  • Basic knowledge of 
    Canva
    , 
    Lightroom
    , and social media posting tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills (English and Urdu).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Aesthetic sense and understanding of ShehNoor's visual and brand tone.
  • Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus if you:

  • Have experience in e-commerce, fashion, or jewelry brands.
  • Can assist with campaign coordination or influencer outreach.
