Role Description

We are seeking a
Video Content Creator & Digital Marketer
to join us as part of our
Early Employees Empowerment Program.

This is a
remote-friendly role
based in the Karachi Division, with opportunities to grow alongside the organisation.

As an early employee, you will:

  • Produce and edit
    high-quality video content
    for campaigns, product launches, and social media.
  • Execute
    digital marketing strategies
    to build brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage and grow
    social media presence
    across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Conduct
    market research
    and competitor analysis to identify trends.
  • Optimise content for
    SEO & performance
    .
  • Analyse metrics and performance data to refine campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our creative and strategic teams to bring
    IBTIKAREX's vision
    to life.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in
    video production, editing, and post-production.
  • Strong understanding of
    digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to conduct
    market research & performance analysis.
  • Creative storytelling with excellent communication (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work independently
    and
    collaborate in a startup environment.
  • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, animation, or AI-based editing too
