Job description:

Position for an Interior Designer:

HRI (Private) Ltd is looking for an Interior Developer/Face of the Company (preferrably female) for its client.

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the talks with clients, vendors, and all stakeholders of the company

  • Planning related to Interior Designing

  • Draft Drawings

  • Must have an experience from start to finish in construction of houses/bungalows

  • Manage each Site allocated

  • On-site decision-making

  • Co-ordination with teams on each project assigned

  • Negotiation skills

  • Work closely with the engineers and the team

  • Co-up with the vendors and be able to negotiate with them

  • Ensure time-allocation and quality is of the highest order

  • Have experience of working with and building a new team

  • Have expertise in conflicts management. Be able to resolve conflicts as they arise

  • Have a problem-solving attitude and be able to recommend solutions when required

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5 - 6 years of experience in related field

  • Strong creative and communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to execute
