GoSwift Logistics is looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Customer Sales Representative
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their logistics needs, and offering tailored solutions while maintaining long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and client inquiries.
  • Generate new sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand client logistics requirements and offer suitable service solutions.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Consistently meet individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally in logistics or supply chain.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
