Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales & Concept Designer to join our team at the Enza Home Phase 6 showroom. This hybrid role involves understanding client needs, creating tailored interior concepts, and driving furniture and décor sales by combining design expertise with customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Designing:

  • Create space planning and interior layout concepts based on Enza Home's product offerings.
  • Use digital tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3D Max, or similar) to present mockups and mood boards to clients.
  • Offer customized furniture and design solutions based on client lifestyles, preferences, and budget.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain showroom aesthetics.

Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Welcome and guide clients through the showroom, understanding their preferences and offering suitable product recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide after-sales design support and consultation as needed.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all Enza Home collections and seasonal trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in interior designing, furniture retail, or concept selling.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and an eye for detail.
  • Proficient in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for home décor and interior solutions.
  • Ability to work weekends and showroom hours.
