Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) & Fire at ACM Group of Industries. The position is located in Hattar Industrial Estate, Harīpur (KPK).
The Manager HSE and Fire will be responsible for:
Developing, implementing, and overseeing health and safety programs, conducting accident investigations, ensuring compliance with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) regulations, and providing occupational health training.
Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential hazards, conducting safety audits, and developing strategies to mitigate risks to ensure a safe working environment.
Provide training to employees on fire safety procedures, emergency evacuation plans, and fire extinguisher usage.
Ensure regular inspection, maintenance, and testing of fire safety equipment, such as fire alarms, fire extinguishers, and sprinkler systems.
Develop and regularly update emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and fire drills.
Work with other departments to ensure fire safety is integrated into their operations and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering.
- Certifications: NEBOSH, OSHA, or other relevant certifications in HSE and fire safety.
Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years: Experience in HSE and fire safety management, preferably in a manufacturing industry years role at a Managerial position will be preferred.
- Proper knowledge of ISO 45001.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HSE and fire safety policies and procedures.
- Experience in conducting Accident Investigations.
- Ability to provide effective Training on safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
