Zee IT Services is expanding its digital team and looking for a skilled
WordPress Developer
who can build high-performance, visually engaging, and conversion-driven websites. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong understanding of both front-end aesthetics and back-end functionality — someone who can turn ideas into fast, responsive, and optimized websites that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain responsive WordPress websites from concept to deployment.
• Work with designers and marketing teams to convert UI/UX mockups into functional WordPress pages.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins according to business needs.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices and ensure Core Web Vitals compliance.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform updates, and ensure site security and stability.
• Integrate third-party APIs, forms, and automation tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless digital delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (2 + years preferred).
• Strong command over
  PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL
  .
• Proficiency with
  Elementor, WP Bakery, Divi
  , or other page builders.
• Experience with
  WooCommerce
  , custom post types, and plugin customization.
• Understanding of
  SEO
  , caching, and web-performance optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
