Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Specialty Cook, located in Faisalabad. The Specialty Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to specific recipes and guidelines. Daily tasks include planning menus, ensuring the freshness and quality of ingredients, maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, and occasionally assisting in food presentations. The role also involves managing inventory, ordering supplies, and training junior kitchen staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Exceptional cooking skills, with a focus on a specific cuisine or cooking style
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to create and follow detailed recipes and menus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills for training and instructing kitchen staff
• Experience with managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen or specialized restaurant
