Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Assistant Sales
to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the sales process, guiding the sales team, generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager in day-to-day sales operations and team coordination.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through various channels (digital, referrals, site visits).
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property tours.
- Assist clients in property selection and provide complete guidance throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate deals and close sales in alignment with company targets and policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of all transactions.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and team performance reviews.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to meet performance standards.
- Attend real estate exhibitions, promotional events, and networking activities.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in pharma sales, real estate sales or a similar role.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of the local real estate market and property procedures.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- High level of integrity and customer service orientation.
