Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Talent & Appraisal based in Karachi. The Associate Talent & Appraisal will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as assisting with talent acquisition, conducting performance evaluations, managing employee records, coordinating training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. This role involves close coordination with the HR team and various departments to ensure the effective implementation of talent management strategies.

• Talent Acquisition and Recruitment skills
• Experience in conducting Performance Evaluations and Employee Appraisals
• Managing Employee Records and Documentation
• Coordinating Training and Development Programs
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Compliance
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in HR software and tools is a plus

Pay: Rs60, Rs65,000.00 per month
