Description

Incumbent will be responsible to assist Deputy Manager – Dastak Teacher Training by managing Trainee enrolment, communication, follow-ups, and post-training processes. The role requires maintaining accurate records, coordinating Trainee scheduling, ensuring timely follow-ups, and supporting communication between Trainees, Trainees, and the training team. The incumbent will ensure smooth execution of training cycles by handling operational, administrative, and communication tasks.

Data Sharing and Coordination

  • Send WhatsApp messages to Trainees regarding payment confirmation, attendance, submissions, and updates.
  • Clean and update registration data, removing duplications and updating contact status.
  • Record payments, upload receipts, and update payment/contact status.
  • Update daily enrolment numbers.
  • Maintain communication with Trainees to resolve queries and provide guidance.
  • Log and track queries through a query log and ensure timely resolution.

Trainee Enrolment and Scheduling

  • Handle Trainee enrolment and engagement throughout the training cycle.
  • Place Trainees into batches based on preferred time slots after payment.
  • Create and maintain WhatsApp batch groups for Trainees, ensuring updated details are shared.
  • Manage rescheduling requests and update Trainee placements in relevant groups.
  • Respond to Trainees' questions after consulting with the team.
  • Share training schedules and Trainee IDs during the first week of training.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and Zoom
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Strong communication skills for handling Trainee queries and follow-ups

Education

Bachelors (those enrolled in Bachelors can apply).

Experience

Prior experience would be a plus.
