Key Responsibilities
Learn and assist in identifying daily project opportunities on platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and Freelancer.
Support in writing customized proposals to pitch company services to international clients.
Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and share project details (with guidance).
Collaborate with senior team members to understand bidding strategies and lead conversion.
Keep track of follow-ups and contribute to building client relationships.
Work with the team to explore new lead generation methods and market insights.
Help maintain and organize project data, performance records, and CRM updates.
Who Can Apply
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to (0- 6 months) of experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Good English communication skills (written & spoken).
Passion to learn about international markets, tech services, and client acquisition.
Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow professionally.
Basic understanding of Upwork, LinkedIn, or Fiverr is a plus (training will be provided).
