Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
Data Engineer
with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and architectures. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of data modeling, ETL processes, and modern data tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines.
  • Build and optimize data systems and workflows for analytics and reporting.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources into unified datasets.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, analysts, and data scientists to deliver business insights.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot data-related issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer.
  • Strong experience with SQL, Python, and data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Luigi).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficiency in ETL development, data warehousing, and database management systems.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
