Leo360 is a 360° creative agency helping brands and individuals grow through top-tier content, design, and digital services. We're expanding our presence on LinkedIn and are looking for a motivated sales professional to join us on a commission basis.

Role Overview
We're seeking a Sales Representative who will manage our LinkedIn page and actively secure potential leads/clients through outreach and engagement. This role is purely commission-based meaning the more clients you bring, the more you earn.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow our LinkedIn page presence.

Research and connect with potential leads.

Pitch our services in a professional manner.

Convert leads into paying clients.

Report progress and client acquisitions regularly.

What We Offer
Commission on every client secured (no fixed salary).

Monthly service package to sell: Full account management ($50/month).

Singular services also available to upsell (based on client needs & pricing).

Flexible, contract-based role you can do remotely. The time allocation and profit margin is totally dependent on you.

Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or LinkedIn outreach.

Strong communication & negotiation skills.

Comfortable working on commission-only structure.

Compensation
This role is commission-only. You will earn a percentage of every client you secure. The more clients you onboard, the more you earn.
