Description

A seasoned technology person who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the backend and frontend components of web applications and managing and providing production support for Document Management System . The person will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance applications that provide a seamless user experience. 

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve the platform codebase 
  • Write scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code. 
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs 
  • Optimize applications for performance 
  • Design software architecture and specifications in collaboration with the System Architect, Development Engineers, and DevOps team. 
  • Recommend appropriate technologies to implement new features. 
  • Review code, layout, and design for projects before client meetings. 
  • Build, deliver, and iterate to help scale projects. 
  • Create new methods for improving efficiency
  • Provide production support 
Qualifications
  • 7+ Hands on experience on Java, java script and XML.
  • Extensive experience on J2EE technologies and develop business process workflows using IBPS(BPM) application.
  • Experience in Document Management  and Java with good knowledge in writing SQL queries is a must. 
  • Experience on web-based applications and Document management system
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and knowledge of how to interface with them.
  • Experience in building large and modular codebases.
  • Desirable experience with Newgen Product Omni Flow, Omni Docs & Omni scan components both customization and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience on Stored Procedures, functions and Packages 
  • should have experience in Oracle DDL, DML, DQL TCL.
  • Good Experience on resolving incidents\service management and play major role in implementing the changes.
  • Extensive experience in Problem Solving and Debugging Production problems/issues within the SLA timelines.
  • Good team players have excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with individuals involved in the project.
  • Experience in closing the tickets daily and raising calls to vendors for bug fixes by following ITIL process.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project stakeholders. 
  • Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.
  • Should be able to create production transfer documents.
  • Should be able to perform unit testing. 
  • Deploy bug fixes in test environment and perform SIT.
  • Participating in code reviews 
  • Moderate to strong banking domain understanding
