About the Role**
:

Salah Travels is seeking a dynamic, confident, and ambitious Travel Consultant to join our professional team.

If you are fluent in English, passionate about customer service, and willing to work night shifts, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career in the
International travel and tourism industry.
Both fresh graduates and candidates with good "Communication Skills" as well as with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, with a focus on Hajj & Umrah packages.

Communicate effectively with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Convert leads into successful bookings through trust-building and follow-ups.

Provide accurate information on visas, flights, hotels, and travel requirements.

Coordinate with the reservations team for seamless operations.

Handle international calls with confidence and professionalism.

Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree.

Excellent spoken and written English – must be confident with international communication.

Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.

**Freshers – 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or travel industry (preferred).

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
*Comfortable with night shifts.

Able to commute daily to DHA Phase 4, Lahore office.
