Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Islamabad. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, manage accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and providing effective solutions. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements, and preparing reports on sales performance and client feedback. The role also involves consistent communication with clients and engaging in initiatives to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Client Relationship Management skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer satisfaction
  • Sales and Negotiation skills to identify client needs, close deals, and achieve sales targets
  • Project Management and Problem-Solving expertise, with the ability to oversee multiple accounts and address challenges effectively
  • Communication and Presentation skills to articulate ideas, present solutions, and engage professional stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the packaging or FMCG industry is a strong asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work on-site in Islamabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
