Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to build pixel-perfect websites from Figma designs using custom themes and Elementor.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet client requirements.
  • Create pixel-perfect, responsive, and dynamic UIs based on design specifications.
  • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Customize and extend WordPress functionalities using PHP, JavaScript, and other technologies.
  • Work with Elementor or similar page builders to deliver stunning frontends.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across all areas of WordPress.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure project success.
  • Implement and integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways as needed.
  • Conduct rigorous testing for functionality, responsiveness, and performance.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in WordPress development (frontend and backend).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress core, custom themes, and plugin development.
  • Proven experience building pixel-perfect, responsive UIs from Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Elementor or other page builder plugins.
  • Experience with WooCommerce and other WordPress e-commerce solutions is a plus.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques (e.g., caching, CDN, image optimization).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
