Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support business objectives and operational growth
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics service providers
  • Monitor supply chain performance through KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and ensure optimal stock availability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, production, finance, operations) to align supply chain activities
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to optimize cost and service levels
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, quality standards, and company policies
  • Manage budgets, cost control measures, and risk mitigation strategies within the supply chain

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement, and logistics operations
  • Proven experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in ERP or supply chain systems (SAP is a plus) and MS Office
  • Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are an advantage
  • Familiarity with the Singapore and SEA supply chain market is preferred
