About the Role:

The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, strategic decision-making, and supporting the CFO in driving the company's overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CFO in managing all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee financial controls, audit coordination, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to strategic financial planning and business analysis to support management decisions.
  • Ensure timely preparation and presentation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Lead and mentor finance teams to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • CA Qualified
    , with
    3–5 years of post-qualification experience
    , preferably within a
    textile or manufacturing organization
    .
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
